Cync8 Account and Data Deletion

Cync8 users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Inno8ive support.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject Cync8 Account Deletion Request and include the username and details used for your Cync8 account.
What Happens After a Request
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal account data associated with the user account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, or business compliance purposes.
Processing Time
Requests are normally processed within 30 to 60 days.
Data That May Be Deleted or Anonymized
- Personal account profile information associated with the Cync8 user account.
- Authentication and access information associated with the user account, where deletion is permitted.
- Personal data linked to the account that is not required for legal, security, audit, or business compliance purposes.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, organization administration, or business compliance purposes. Retained records will be handled according to applicable requirements and internal data protection practices.
