Cync8 is a business workflow, CRM, and organization management application provided by Inno8ive. This Privacy Policy explains how Cync8 handles personal information when users access the Cync8 web or mobile application.

• Account and contact information such as name, username, email address, phone number, organization, and role.
• Authentication information required to sign in, including password-based login and OTP-based login.
• Business workflow information entered or managed inside the Cync8 workspace.
• Device, app, and usage information needed for security, troubleshooting, notifications, and service improvement.
• Location, camera, file, or media information only when enabled by the organization and used for supported app features.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Cync8, authenticate users, provide organization workspace access, support business workflows, maintain security, send service notifications, troubleshoot issues, and improve the reliability of the application.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to the organization that manages the user's Cync8 workspace. We may also share information with service providers who help operate, host, secure, or support Cync8, and where required by law, audit, security, or compliance obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Cync8 services, support organization workflows, comply with legal or audit requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Some business records may be retained according to the organization's operational, legal, audit, or compliance requirements.
